Fairfield & Woods Adds To Real Estate Group | Law Week Colorado

Denver law firm Fairfield & Woods added Todd Messenger to its real estate practice group. Messenger, who previously worked as a planning consultant for a national land planning firm, will focus on development entitlements and land use regulation. He earned his bachelor?s degree from the University of Florida, his master?s degree from Florida Atlantic University and his law degree from the University of Florida.

Denver, CO, April 5, 2013 ? Fairfield and Woods, P.C. announced the addition of Todd G. Messenger to the firm?s real estate team.

Todd practice focuses on all aspects of real estate development and land use regulation. He has specific experience in development entitlements, land use regulation, strategic land planning, land use litigation and real estate transactions for public, private and civic sector clients.

Prior to joining Fairfield and Woods, he worked as a planning consultant and code practice leader for a national land planning and plan implementation firm in Colorado doing projects in Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Texas, Indiana, Louisiana, Ohio and Illinois. In this capacity, Todd was the principal author of the award-winning Centennial, Colorado Land Development Code, and helped his company earn five awards from state chapters of the American Planning Association.
