Mason, Denecker & Violette Join the Firm

January 23, 2013 (Portland, Maine) ? Albin, Randall & Bennett (ARB), a full-service certified public accounting firm based in Portland, Maine, is pleased to announce that it has recently hired three accountants: Melanie Mason, Keith Denecker and Joseph Violette.

Melanie Mason has joined ARB as a Senior Tax Accountant. She will work primarily with the firm?s Tax Group. Prior to joining ARB, Melanie served as a Staff Accountant with Macpage LLC. She also held positions in accounting, payroll and customer service for local organizations including UNUM, Cole-Haan, Merrill Industries, Inc., The Center for Business Planning and The City of Portland, Maine. Melanie received a B.F.A. from Boston Conservatory of Music and studied Accounting at Westbrook College and the University of Southern Maine. She is a resident of Scarborough, Maine.?

Keith Denecker has joined ARB as a Staff Accountant. Prior to joining the firm, Keith held positions within the insurance and finance industries, most recently as an Insurance Agent with AAA Northern New England. He also held positions including Vice President ? Investments with JP Morgan Chase, Relationship Manager with E*Trade Financial and Financial Advisor with Ameriprise Financial. Keith received a B.S. in Business Administration from Robert Morris University and a Certificate in Accounting from the University of Southern Maine. He is a resident of Portland, Maine.

Joseph Violette has joined ARB as a Staff Accountant. He will work primarily with the firm?s Tax Group. Joseph returns to ARB after previously serving as a 2012 Tax Intern. Prior to joining the firm, he served as an Audit Intern with Macpage LLC. Joseph will receive a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Southern Maine in May of 2013. He also studied accounting at Western New England College. Joseph is a resident of Portland, Maine.
