Baton Rouge Mayor President Kip Holden will give his "State of the City" address to the Rotary Club on ?Wednesday, Jan. 9 at noon at the Renaissance Hotel, 7000 Bluebonnet Boulevard, in Baton Rouge.
Holden was recently re-elected ?to his second term.
